Jordan Liester, fractional CRO, MechanArch AI

    The whole operator

An AI-powered go-to-market engine, run with a fractional CRO.

I've sold $50M+ of enterprise software and travel across a decade, carried a quota through two AI startups and a global travel company, and been the founder who couldn't stop touching the deals. Seven President's Clubs. An MBA from CU Boulder, where I ran community for the Deming Center Venture Fund.

Today I work as a fractional CRO, helping founders build a sales process their teams can run.

    What I believe about revenue

The constraint may be demand, qualification, follow-up or team capacity. We find it before prescribing the fix. The goal is a process the founder can hand over: shared qualification rules, clear next steps, accountable owners and a weekly operating cadence.

    What I believe about AI

It's in everything I build now. It also fails constantly when it's the reason for the engagement instead of a tool inside it. I've watched more AI pilots stall on adoption than on capability. So I start with the workflow and the human who owns it, then add the model.

Warm-list follow-up, inbound answered the same day, referral asks.

First-call qualification, stage exit criteria in the CRM, disqualify with a reason.

A required next step on every open deal, daily follow-through drafts, re-engagement cadence.

Hours logged by play, a named internal owner, the day-90 decision.

Not enough of the right conversations start.

How I work in the room

Calm enough to see the constraint. Direct enough to name it.

The visual is simple by design: a shared view of what is known, what is missing and who owns the next move.

    The rest of me

I teach yoga. I run a men's circle with a monthly structure. I've spent a decade in meditation, breathwork, and contemplative traditions that most of my buyers would find strange, and I'm not going to hide that. It's why I can sit across from a founder who's running on fumes and say "your pipeline is fiction" without it becoming a fight. Calm in the room is a sales skill. I got mine off the mat.

I live in Denver with my wife, Kaira. I lift or practice six days a week. I'll work with you inside a 50-hour week and not past it, because the version of me that works 70 is worse at this job.
